Dr. Zarghoona Ullah completed her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UT Health San Antonio Health Science. Dr. Ullah is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and specializes in treatment-resistant depression, offering both TMS, Spravato, and ketamine infusion therapy alongside comprehensive medication management. She treats patients across the lifespan, from children, adolescents, to adults, across the practice's San Antonio and Boerne locations.

Dr. Kulsoom Sohail is a general psychiatrist dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care. She completed her residency at UT Health San Antonio. Embracing a holistic approach, she welcomes a broad range of diagnoses, creating a safe, respectful environment where patients feel empowered. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, travel, and photography. Dr. Sohail speaks English and Urdu.

Rhiannon Soukup is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner treating adult, child, and adolescent patients. Dedicated to behavioral health since 2009, she creates a warm, comfortable, and safe atmosphere where patients feel like they are talking to a supportive human being rather than sitting in a clinical office. She makes opening up easy and natural.

Meghan Parker is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who earned degrees from UT Tyler and Walden University. Inspired by her grandmother, Meghan is deeply committed to providing highly empathetic, patient-centered care. Her comprehensive clinical background spans critical care and psychiatric mental health, allowing her to deliver thoughtful, individualized support.

Desiree Newsome is the Practice Manager, passionate about ensuring patients feel heard and supported from their very first interaction. She oversees daily operations and fosters a compassionate, welcoming environment. Strongly believing in communication and empathy, she takes pride in making the clinic a safe, collaborative space for both patients and staff.

Tiana Kelly brings over six years of medical front desk experience to Westover Hills. Dedicated to positive patient experiences, they assist with appointments, insurance, and admin needs with empathy and professionalism. Tiana values strong teamwork and strives to make the practice a warm, efficient environment for both patients and providers.
